the price is right for this setup. the ground wire and the power wire are to big for my amp but i made them fit. better to have to much than not enough so if i upgrade to a larger amp it will be fine.

I run 2 12inch audiobahn exursions on this amp and it pushes them very well. The size is perfect not to big and fits right unerneath the seat or small space. The best part is it stays pretty cool even after running most the day.

Box sounds great with a type r. I have mine wired to 2 ohms on a hifonics Brutus brx 2000.1 with a second battery and zero gauge wire and it sounds amazing

BANGER!!!

Bought this box for a 12" type r that i had in a sealed box. It hits sooo much harder in this box that i will never get a sealed box again. This box has a wider range than my sealed had with much more punch. I have 1 12 running on about 700w rms in a 08 camry and its a lot louder than people in know with 2 12's. The flush sub mount also looks great compared to the cheaper boxes on this site.

very nice sub box

For a prefab box it is nice, I put a sundown 12 there 600watt woofer, the lows isn't to bad it could be better, but it wasn't built for the woofer specs. Construction is top notch and it looks really nice, I would recommend if your not a bass head, and putting into a nice car. And it fits in my 2013 mustang.

pretty good sub

This is a great buy. Put it with the Belva 2000.1. Running it at 2ohms in a 1999 es300 Lexus. Just the right bass for that type of car. I would definitely recommend this sub. I was thinking about putting 3 of these in my Tahoe.

These things HIT!

I bought two of these to replace an old Alpine that had blown and let me tell you, these are the hardest hitting subs Ive ever heard for the price. Got them wired up to a Hifonics brx1000 @ 1ohm and you can hear me coming from the next block. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who wants loud, clean, bass.

I have two of these bad boys on 1 Ohm on a Hifonics 1400.1D in a ported box. Gets pretty damn loud. Ran one of them on 900W at 2 Ohms for about a month and it took it like a champ.

i had mine wired 2ohm on a pioneer premier stage 4 1200 Watt RMS mono amp and i loved it !!! ive also have the nsw and vcw and the x series 12". they all are awesome for the price if your looking for the loudest get the vcw. if you want the best sounding get the x series. these are a mid level and are a great budget subwoofer for everyday use. the nsw is one of the best subs in its price range and are impressive for an "entry level" sub.

I used to be skeptical about this particular type of brand, cause i've never heard of them or had any friends who own this brand of sub; but after reading these reviews online. I decided to take a bet and let me tell u these subs POUND, everything is there SPL as well as sound quality these things can get crazy loud! i have a pair of them hooked up to a hifonics brutus 1200.1 in a sealed probox with about 1.5 cubic ft each. Furthermore these subs put my kicker cvr's 12 to shame and finally, yes i would recommend these subs as "mid-level" sub for value.

You will not find a better sub for the price!

I had a JL 10w3 and was never really satisfied with the output, so I decided to upgrade to a 12. I looked around and didn't want to spend a ton of money, so after reading all the good reviews on these, I decided to take the chance. WOW am I glad I did! I have 1 of these running on 800 watts at 2 ohm load and it slams! It sounds better than a lot of dual 12 setups that I've heard. I built a ported box tuned at 32 HZ and it loves it! The overall size is 22Wx15Tx15D and a 26" long L port 1.5"wide. I almost went with the VCW, but I think it would have been too much for what I need. I'm just used to spending 200 or more on a sub. Not anymore!

Ok. not the best kit.

The eyelet connectors are flimsy and the speaker wire is hard to separate. When it does it exposes some of the copper. Otherwise the kit is ok.

Good product , but not enough speaker wire to wire two front door speakers in a scion xb. I guess it would have been enough if I had run one of them with the power wire instead of running on the other side of car, but everybody knows that's a bad idea due to engine noise. You would think they would take that into consideration. Also not a big fan of the square and round speaker wire very hard to separate and strip without exposing bare wire.

More performance then I ever expected

Very underrated subs says 400-600 watts RMS but they handle 800/ 850 RMS all day long have them on a brutus x14 1900.1 and they love it. There louder than i ever expected. Talk about DEEP CLEAN BASS for the money these subs will satisfy your bass cravings. You cant go wrong if your looking for a sub that performs like subs that cost double to 3 times the price.

Bought this kit for my 650 watt rms amp. Not true awg 4 guage, but close.jacket is pretty thick.all wires flexible. Reached under the back seat of my 2008 silverado crew cab. But not a whole lot of slack if your going to a trunk. Fuse is ok... ive seen better and worse. Bottom line, if your on a budget and running 800 rms or under, this will work fine.

I have this hooked into a dual 2 ohm Quantum 10" 2000w Competition series woofer with a 180 oz magnet. Also using a Rockford Fosgate capacitor, which seems to be made to work perfectly with this unit. All I can say is wow! I took a gamble purchasing this back when they were selling for 549.99 and bought directly from Sony. Put it to the test, and I just purchased this one at 153.99 prime. Going to use the second one to power the 2 Rockford Fosgate 8" door subs that were ordered with this amp in my Mustang. This amp if used with a capacitor, will push at the very least 1 2000 watt dual 2 ohm competition 10". I have a good friend in the audio buis that also cannot believe the performance I got after install. C-------d also gave this amp a 5 out of a possible 5 score, and has a good review. If your new to the game, C-------d is a good source of information.Hope this helps with your decision, you won't be dissapointed.

To start I've owned the T2 Rockford fosgate, JL Audio W6v2, diamond audio D6, alpine typeR new model. Normally I spend good money on my subwoofer but after reading the reviews I decided to take a chance. I like good sound quality and this NVX VSW124 doesn't disappoint, it hits every note accurately. Though the sound is not as tight as a w6, this NVX puts out serious SPL I'm running it at 400w RMS till I break it in. The amount of performance you get for the value you will not find another subwoofer near this price point.

Ok first off I want to thank SE for the fast shipping being located in ky I get my stuff fast!!! I just love this sub it sounds it's best in a ported box I tried both and the output is incredible. Anyone who is looking for some nice lowend in the ride without spending alot get one or two you will like. NVX has good products and I think they can only get better years to come

Great wires!!

After reading reviews and most importantly watching the video Sonic posted with this product, I decided to give it a shot for my Cerwin Vega VPAS-12. The wires are exactly as described, true 4 gauge, not all insulation like the other brands. The fuse block is solid and easy to set up. I was worried it may not fit the VPAS connectors since they mention 8 gauge, but it works and it is holding in no problem.

The only thing I did change was the actual battery and ground terminals, they seemed weak, so i chose something stronger and all is well.

Great Sub

Great subwoofer, I actually Order it just to fill the lows while i receive my SA-8s. To my surprise this sub packs more of a punch than i thought. I was so impress it is still install in my SUV. It rattles the whole car, when my radio is on mirrors are worthless since they shake so much. I actually had to install sound deadener inisde the trunk hatch and license plate. BTW, whoever invented the Sound Dampening material is a life saver. Car is quiet as can be. Any ways, great sub, if i would had known, NVX Sub were so good, i would had bought the VCW sub which i read pounds harder. BTW, loved the packaging.

I would recommend this product to anyone.. its by far the hardest hitting subwoofer ive owned...I've had kickers and rockford fosgate punch and nvx blows them out the water...very pleased with them and sonic electronix had them delivered in three days. Ill never buy anything anywhere else again.

This amp is by far the best amp I've ever had. I've had it since 2010 and it is still working perfectly. At the rate it's going it doesn't look like I'll ever need to purchase another one. This amp has plenty of power, especially if you wire your subwoofers down to 2ohms. I highly recommend it.

Wrong box but still awesome!

When i bought this sub it had a bundle deal that said it came with a ported subwoofer box, but the box it came with was in fact sealed. this sub hits hard, and hits all the notes i want it to at a volume that exceeds what my previous sub could do. I have this hooked up to a 1200.1 Hifonics amp and my old sub was an alpine type R.

This is a very good subwoofer. Though it requires a somewhat larger enclosure it is worth it. Im using it in an sq install with 1.35cuft 1.7lb of dacron and 600 watts (metered) from a jad1200 at two ohms. That being said it complements my x series nvx components powered by an jad800.4 bi amped through the xnet.(awsome) is what comes to mind when i turn the music on. This isnt the best setup you can buy but when all the music comes together as it does it will put a smile on your face. The bass is right there( time aligned) with the mids and it is very punchy and tight. Buy this sub tf you are not trying to blur your vision(vcw,trust me,iv got one) but want quick responce and sq.

Great quality little box!

This is surprisingly better quality than i expected. The size is not that big which is exactly what I was looking for and the carpeted part looks very nice and NOT cheap. The front glossy trim piece looks very nice as well. My JL W3V3 sub fit snug and perfectly in and it sounds deeper and cleaner than my older box for sure. The only thing that I actually was not expecting was that the box did not have wires attached to the terminals inside the box to attach to sub but good thing I had the ones from my old box and I just swapped it out.

This box is amazing for the price. It has a nice, sleek faceplate and an eye-catching design that I like. It's also filled with polyfill to cut out the port noise, which makes an awesome sound. The box is a little on the big side so with my Pontiac G5 i had to take out my folding rear seats to put it in my trunk. Even doing that, it was a tight fit getting it in, but once I got it in my trunk it was a perfect fit. It also has a flush mount for your subwoofer. It is a perfect box for my Power Acoustik 2500 MOFO 12inch subwoofer. I would buy again.

Can't beat for the price

The box is well built true spec on MDF. A little smaller than expected but that's ok it's pretty heavy compared to other boxes around the same size. It does not come wired and you will have to find terminals through white polyfill to tear open a slit to run wires. Don't really like the terminals on the back but they work fine. Its a good looking box mine shipped fast and no tears or dents. as others said doesn't hit the really low lows that great but not enough to where id return it. I'm running an r series alpine and it hits HARD for what it is.

Purchased this for my NVX VCW122v2 subwoofer. Finally gave up on finding the right sealed box and got this ported box which basically fits the subwoofer like a glove. Good construction, easy to set up, has spade ends for the interior connectors. The exterior connectors are banana or exposed cable. Belva sells a set of banana clips, clipped together by a red plastic clip, excellent, adds a little bit of a professional touch to the install. Get them, they're like $12 and worth every penny. What can I say, its the right box for the install. (Side note) The rubber ring that comes with the NVX subwoofer does not fit under the current piano black faceplate on the box, don't use it, its a headache.

Everything I Needed

Used this kit to run an amp to the trunk of a 2015 Kia Optima. Ended up trimming about 1½ft of excess to help clean up the install. Everything seems to be good quality. Ran the power wire down the driver's side and RCA & amp signal wire down the passenger side to avoid any interference. Plenty of length of everything for a full size sedan.
