Compatible stereo types
This refers to the type of car stereo receiver that the part you are viewing is compatible with. An aftermarket stereo is a stereo that replaces the OEM factory stereo (e.g. from brands like Alpine, Kenwood, Pioneer, JVC, and Sony). Your OEM factory stereo is the radio that was in the vehicle when it was made (e.g. the original Ford or Chevy radio).
Main Harness Function
