Patent Pending Technology

Audeze developed a new patent-pending Fluxor magnetic technology especially for the EL-8 headphones. The EL-8 headphones deliver nearly twice the strength of the finest neodymium headphone magnets. This new magnet setup reduces the weight of the headphones while also greatly improving their efficiency. The EL-8's also introduce an industry first in Audeze's patent pending Uniforce diaphragm. This new diaphragm creates a uniform driving force across the entire surface of the diaphragm to dramatically reduce distortion while giving you better resolution and imaging. Lastly, Audeze took the patent pending Fazor technology introduced in the LCD Collection to provide extended frequency response and improve high frequency extension and phase response.
