Has the cool factor!
I have two of these mirrors and they are very nice. They work as expected. I have had no problems whatsoever.
I do wish that they were auto dimming, I'm getting blinded at night.
Otherwise it's a decent product. Built very well and fits like a glove in both of my Toyota's.
