put in boat; air nautique because of goofy design that had radio pointing upwards. It installed easily and keeps the water out. The hinges seem a little flimsy, but so far so good.

Much better than other splash guards I've seen
This Scosche ACM-3 splash guard was well worth the money. I installed it along with my new Kenwood KMR-550U last spring and used it all summer. I was impressed by its overall quality, especially compared to splash guards I had seen on other peoples boats. It came with all the hardware necessary to install, and the inner and outer rubber seals did their job all summer.

good deal
Just got done installing the cover. Looks great and was pretty easy to install. My only fuss is the latch is of poor making!!! Broke the spring inside after only a few times opening it. Was easy to fix. I modified it alittle to make it work much better. For 20 bucks, its a good deal. Once again, Sonic was right on from service to shipping!!! Wish everything was as easy!!!

Not just for boats
I ordered this for the batwing fairing on my VTX1800. I bought a stripped out fairing because I didn't want to pay extra for radio and speakers. I bought this to use as a waterproof glove box cover. The glove box I designed is perfect for my needs and should I change my mind later, a radio of my choice will slip right in, and it will have a water proof cover.
