These are easy to strip out the hole you just drilled with these if you aren't careful and they back out if you don't use a lock washer.

Great for screwing things!
These little guys are perfect for a good ground in metal. Just shine the metal up some and run one in. They are black so they hide real well. And strong, takes a lot to strip one. A+ on them
