Excellent Audio Upgrade
I used this with an Alpine MRX-M50 amplifier and an AudioControl LC2i which fit nicely under my seat in my 2010 Escape. It definitely added the lows that were previously missing from my speakers resulting in an extremely satisfying experience. If you're looking for something to shake your mirrors this probably isn't the box for you though, I can definitely feel the bass though especially if u sit in the back seat.
I opted for the stealth box because I still wanted to use the cargo space in the back, as a result it was a bit more expensive than just getting a regular box but definitely worth it in my case as I use the cargo area frequently for transporting equipment and the stealth box takes up almost no space.
This was my first sub-woofer install so it took about 3-4 hours to install. The included instructions were easy enough to figure out on my own but I needed some help getting it screwed to chassis as it can be tricky to apply pressure and trying to get the bolts on properly.
If you have the cash and want to add some bass to your SUV this will definitely do it for you.
