Works like the original

This site had the cheapest replacement for my broken remote on my wife's 08 Kia Sorento. It works like a charm and I have had no problems. When the system was installed, the installer didn't install the valet switch or indicator light which would have made it difficult to program, but I just put the original circuit board in the new case with the new battery and didn't have to program anything. (the case broke which is all I needed to replace... if you have to reprogram the sensor because the circuit board doesn't work then you really need the valet switch and light)

At this price I replaced both my old remotes with new ones. Easy to program. Nice to have my Alarm working again.

When I first got the replacement transmitter (The actual transmitter is no longer produced) It worked fine for about the first month but now
It willnot set or unset alarm unless I'm within 4or5 feet of car.I changed battery but still no better performance.

Good remote

My wife has the LCD display 2-way remote for the car alarm. It's very cool and definitely sends a better signal than the XT-33, but it's also rather bulky. Not the sort of thing I'd want to carry around in my pocket all the time.

The XT-33 is small enough to put on a keychain you keep in your pocket. I sometimes have to press the button a couple times before the alarm registers it. This is mildly annoying, but not really an issue. Just push the button until the alarm chirps. I'll sometimes accidentally push buttons in my pocket but I don't know how they'd design it to prevent that from happening.

The batteries are still going strong after about 6 months. It's $5 for a new pair of batteries, so that's not bad at all.

great deal!

The remote works great and reaches from inside my house. Great for the winter. The down side is that the buttons are raised and I hit them accidently. Overall a great product. Ive owned my for about six months loven it. The customer service was also great with this product a very big plus.

It is a beast remote, my mustang is the same color as the buttons so it looks awesome works fine and eveything

Didn't come with programming instructions but I was able to look them up online. Once I was able to program the remotes I had no problem. Works great. It would've been nice if it came with programming instructions.
