Magellan RoadMate 1400

The Magellan RoadMate 1400 is a stylish, wide-format, full-color touchscreen GPS Receiver. The interactive menu options help pick your destination and choose how you navigate to virtually anywhere. The RoadMate 1412 will help you stay on the freeway, avoid freeways, travel the shortest distance, or arrive in the quickest time possible, and you can even exclude certain roads or freeways from your route.

The RoadMate 1400 uses advanced QuickSpell that intelligently searches addresses and point of interests, that then offers you simple list of available locations. It will even check spelling so that you do not have to write out the whole name. The SmartDetour function prompts you to go around sudden slow and stopped freeway traffic and re-calculates you to the fastest detour.
