As a member of the CompVR family, the CVR122 offers all of the series' features. The 12" sub has a peak power handling of 800 watts, with the power RMS coming in at 400 watts. Its dual 2-ohm voice coils come with an added bonus to help expedite installation, spring-loaded wire terminals.

Kicker's proprietary cone technology, SoloKon, does a lot more than look pretty. The injection-molded cone ensures a rigid surface that helps eliminate distortion. The red stitching stands out, but joins the cone and the back brace into a single system. A stamped steel basket reduces vibration, giving you mean bass with quality sound.
But the CompVR also comes with a pedigree of reliability. Perimeter venting and UniPlate technology keeps your subs cooler and running longer.

Surprised at the quality
This came free with my NVX sub and I am kinda surprised with how good it looks. I will be installing the sub tomorrow and cabt wait to hear how it sounds.

Good for about 300-500w rms... wouldnt go much higher due to thin wood and small wireing. Its cheap so cant complain too much...A "ok" prefab sealed box. Carpet black, looks good.
