The product is brand new with only the packaging not being in perfect condition. This occurs sometimes because our warehouse teared the box or it was slightly damaged during shipment to our warehouse.

I purchased these because I like JBL products in general, the subs are nice looking and sound nice, had a little hiccup with the shipping and delivery but I received my item, id recommend the products and site to anyone
