A Great Simple Radio
I just put in this new radio after getting fed up with the stock radio's limitations. There was no Bluetooth, Aux, USB, or other method to connect my phone to play music. So I wanted to get something that had bluetooth as a minimum. I picked this radio because 1. It has bluetooth as well as usb and aux. 2. It is simple enough for me. I don't need SiriusXM, amplifier or subwoofer expandability (though it does have that), or a distracting touchscreen that is difficult to navigate while driving. 3. Is the price. This radio blows it out of the water for what it costs. After I picked this one and ordered it, I got it in. Install was smooth as could be. Sonic Electronix hooked it up by automatically adding in the wiring harness and trim kit, I added in a set of electrical connectors and a axxess aswc-1 which pairs with this radio to retain steering wheel controls. The radio was a breeze. Connect the colors of the harness to the radio harness, plug it into the car, boom. Done. The aswc-1 took a bit more figuring out, but that's another story. It is now installed, looks great, and more importantly sounds great. There is quite a bit of sound customization available on this radio that makes it pretty cutting edge. I am not a stereo geek by any stretch, but just a little tinkering with the settings has made an incredible difference to the sound quality. That alone makes this radio with it to me. Even listening to FM radio has become more interesting because of this. That, plus I can do hands free calling, bluetooth music connectivity with 2 phones at once, and usb/aux? Forget it. This thing is a win. All at such a great price. This is the one for me. Simple controls, easy install, great sound, can't go wrong.
