Great Protection
Ordered the OtterBox for HTC Hero based on reviews of other OtterBox items from other products. I have not been not been disappointed. I dropped my phone a few times and the phone was fine and I know I either would have scratched it or actually damaged it had I not had the OtterBox on it. The outer rubber covering was a bit sticky when new but after a few months it smoothed out. It's bulkier than other covers but I prefer the extra protection it offers and being in my line of work - Police Officer, I prefer protection.

Great purchase
The Otterbox protects my phone very well. I've dropped it numerous times onto concrete floors and the case's impact resistance really bounces back. The headphone jack cover never really lined up and has since been ripped off, but other than that, this is an extremely solid product. I will continue using the Otterbox on all my phones until a better product comes out. But as of now, that hasn't happened.
