Shallow Mount meet Sound Quality
For those that have a difficult time finding the perfect shallow mount speaker, the Vibe Audio Lite Air 5 is for you. This component speaker set includes a 5-1/4" woofer and a 3/4" silk dome tweeter. In-line to the speakers is a separate crossover that will accurately filter the sound frequencies so that the drivers are only receiving the frequencies that they are designed for. The result is cleaner sound that won’t damage the speakers over time. It means a long lasting and great sounding car speaker. The woofer cone is a stand out feature on these drivers. A woven fiberglass Kevlar cone is rigid and helps retain the high-end sound that these speakers produce.
Next to the breath-taking sound quality, the area where these speakers shine the most is in the slim mounting depth. At first listen, you would not expect these speakers to only have a 1-7/8” mounting depth. Supported by an alloy torsion basket and strengthened by a powerful neodymium magnet, the speakers retain strength and magnetic integrity. The shallow mounting depth enables a wider range of cars that will accommodate these speaker, however that does not mean that they are only used in shallow applications. These Vibe Audio Lite Air 5 speakers are perfect for any installation where quality speakers are needed.
