Buy these $1 quality used speakers instead of $20 new pos speakers

Don't worry about the little scratches on the back, the important parts (cone, surround, voice coil, and magnet) aren't damaged, and they will get covered up anyway. Don't worry about the speakers saying 8 ohm either if you aren't familiar with what that means, because it DOESEN'T stress your stereo amplifier or external amplifier or anything like that. They feel brand new as far as how firm they are, UNLIKE the old stock speakers you pull out of any car where the paper cone is all warped and the foam just deteriorates on contact. I got jacked so these are replacing my Phoenix Gold's. They sound great with strong mid's and high's. They don't reproduce bass what so ever. I am powering them through a 3 channel amp so I took all of the bass out of the 2 speaker channels and sent it to the 1 sub channel. Doing this will allow them to play much louder and cleaner. The speakers say 5 watts but I'm sending them 35 watts of under rated kicker power and they love it. The 5 watts max only applies to bass because these cant handle any bass at all, so buy a sub to go with these with the $38 you saved and cross them over like I did for excellent SQ and volume. I bought these when they cost $4 a set but now that they are on sale Risk a whopping $2 for 4 new speakers in your car. If they aren't your size cut clip boards up to use as adapters and make them fit like I did. Just because they only cost $1 a set doesn't mean they sound like $1 speakers.
