Tripp Lites B130-101A-WP allows you to connect a VGA monitor and speakers up to 500ft away from a computer using ordinary Cat5e/Cat6 cable. Kit includes a Wallplate style Transmitter and Receiver. A "Y" cable is included for use at the computer to allow a local monitor and speakers to be attached. Ideal for digital signage situations, such as retail, schools, church, etc. For distances of 500-1000ft, use Zero-Skew cable, such as Tripp Lite P524-01K. Remote unit contains Equalization length ( EQ ) and Brightness ( Gain ) adjustment screws for crystal clear images...small screwdriver is included with the unit. Cat5e/Cat6 Solid conductor cable recommended.
