The most convenient way to get low frequency bass in your system is to drop-in a Punch Loaded enclosure. Punch Loaded enclosures are constructed with durable 5/8" MDF and tuned by Rockford Fosgate's computer aided design software. P2 Loaded Enclosures feature similar tonal performance as P1 models, but with more power handling capacity.
Rockford Fosgate has always been known as "The PUNCH" and the P2 10" subwoofer certainly continues with the tradition. Kevlar fiber reinforced paper cones deliver bass impact you can feel along with VAST technology to increase surface cone area up to 25%.
These Rockford Fosgate Subwoofers have Dual 2 Ohm Voice Coils; internally wired in parallel/parallel down to a final impedance of 1 Ohm.
