Roland has responded to requests and made this next-generation trigger: the RT-10S (for snare drums). Physically smaller than their predecessors, the 10-series triggers are much easier to position. They also feature new trigger-sensing technology for enhanced response.
Improved Trigger Sensing
The primary mission with the 10-series triggers was to improve sensing, and that’s exactly what Roland did. The 10-series sensor system was designed to eliminate false retriggering by providing an adjustable sensor structure. The reduced size and lighter weight of the triggers assist in improving sensitivity.
