Fill the drip pan with water before you begin grilling and you can cook with virtually no smoke in your kitchen; the excess fats drip into the pan below, extinguishing any smoke and allowing for healthier cooking, too. The extra-large grilling surface mis nonstick for easier cleanup. The temperature control is adjustable; turn it down low for cooking tender vegetables and delicate seafood or turn it up for grilling heartier fare like steaks, pork sausages and chicken breasts. The Sanyo indoor barbecue grill has a cool-touch base and handles; the drip pan is removable and is dishwasher-safe. The indoor grill comes with a bilingual instruction manual that also includes recipes.
