Nice Roaster!
Great roaster with a stainless steel pan! Got this in order to end the chipping and peeling of the teflon or nonstick coated pans on the roaster I have previously owned. I do a lot of simmering during harvest time with an 18qt roaster for salsa or tomato sauce and this works great! The stainless can get a bit burned on but will always come clean without knocking big chunks of coating off during cleaning or worse yet when you're cooking with it and having the coating end up in your food!
