VAIS Technology SL2xD2-L R/B

The SL2xD2 allows you to receive digital XM Satellite Radio directly through your Lexus OEM head unit. It seamlessly integrates the XM Direct Tuner XHD2H1 (not included) into the OEM audio system. You can now enjoy satellite radio's outstanding sound quality in your car without the use of cassette adapters or FM transmitters and control it directly through your factory radio. SL2xD2 provides a direct plug and play connection to compatible Lexus OEM audio systems and can integrate with models that do and do not features navigation systems.

The interface's unique technology allows you to keep all factory installed components (such as 6-disc CD changer, CD/DVD changer, Rear Seat Entertainment System). When you connect SL2xD2 to the audio system, Toyota recognizes it as an additional CD/MD changer or as a SAT radio receiver. SL2xD2 can be programmed in three different emulation modes: CD changer emulation mode, MD changer emulation mode or SAT mode (if supported). Channel and Song information can be displayed on the Radio LCD or Navigation screen.
