Supporting Advanced Audio Distribution Profile and Audio Video Remote Control Profile for audio playback, this feature allows you to wirelessly send and receive calls through your car stereo as well as control your contacts and phone book via car stereo controls.
The Dension Gateway 500s features all-in-one functionality from music playback, easy menu controls, charging and Bluetooth connectivity for hands free mobile calling and music streaming. The interface provides an easy connection from your iPod (cable included) or USB storage device (stick, hard drive or mp3 player) to your original car stereo. The 500s also allows you to control your external device using the original buttons and screens of the vehicle or you can utilize the 3.5mm auxiliary input.
Featuring full control of your portable device, the 500s allows easy playback of your music from the USB source or allows you to stream wirelessly via Bluetooth connection. The Dension recently upgraded the charging support up to 1 Amp so you no longer require a power booster to charge your iPhone device. Also, all controls and browsing are made via car audio system (including steering wheel controls, if available). The ability to control your iPod or iPhone prevents fumbling and allows you to keep your eyes on the road.
