Wow.
Has to be the best controller in its class.
Has the feel of real vinyl and saved me from buying a lot of other equipment.
Can't think of any pro's/con's off hand only because the NS7FX has too many pro's to list and the con's are basically nitpicking.
If you want a superb DJ controller, look no further. This will get the job done. I mean, I actually SAVED money by going with this controller by not having to buy other expensive mixers.
Also in my setup I use a PC and a Mac, this works exceptional with both. It took a little set up but I use both constantly.

Cons:
For flawless software playback, you HAVE to use a MAC.
They like to break, the service department is slow, and prone to mess ups.
