Ah, if only my landline would sound as good as Skype plus PC36!
My need: long conference calls. Tried expensive Polycom phone + landline, but people can hear that I am on a speakerphone.
Enters the PC 36. First reaction is that you can still think while talking. There might be a technical explanation, but it is like what I say in the microphone doesn't bounce back in my brain. Clear separation if you will, like when you speak to someone in person.
Then the voices come perfectly clear -- and every bit matters when trying to understand someone speaking on an iPhone in the middle of bus stop in Bengalore.
Net net: best headphone for Skype ever. I owned and thrown against the wall at least 10 different headphone in the last 5 years.
A bit flimsy -- I wouldn't travel with it. But who cares, if it breaks I'll buy another at that price.
