A 2 Channel Adjustable, Line Output Converter (LOC) with Built-in Amplifier Remote Generator. The LOC is designed to convert (2) channels of speaker level audio into (2) channels of line level audio that can be used by OEM amplifiers. It can also be used with OEM radios to add aftermarket amplifiers. This device will also detect the presence of an audio signal and then generate a +12V output that can be used to turn-on an aftermarket amplifier.

Great value - Not for beginners
Great price and good features! Small size fits anywhere.. However it did not come with a wiring diagram so you need to have basic wiring know how. Also you can track down a diagram if you search the manufacturer's website and you may need it. For those of you wondering you do not need to provide power or ground to this device it's only necessary if you want to use the remote turn on feature which I did not. I recommend always pulling that from the factory radio/amp.. Good luck!
