These speakers are great for rear midrange, got 175 watts of power
going through them. Must have crossover to cancel deep bass

These are a pair of awesome speakers. I would recommend them for someone who likes clarity.

SO SO SPEAKER
Sound quality fair. Low sound output, takes a lot of power to drive them in my Miata stereo! I have my radio volume at 50 for normal listening (only goes to 62). The instructions are poor, even the speaker templates are wrong, they are smaller than the actual speaker so the templates are useless.
Go elsewhere, try Pioneer or JBL. So much for German engineering.

Budget but an upgrade over stock.
I received these speakers in a combo with the deck unit. The speakers are definitely an upgrade over stock 6.5 in a sierra pickup. Like most other 6.5 the bass is lacking, but the treble is pretty decent with these.
