The leader in the Thunder Round line-up from MTX Audio is the TR75 series. These subwoofers have a host of features designed for performance including a die cast aluminum basket, a black anodized aluminum dust cap for strength, compression molded NBR surround for extreme excursion, and 8 gauge nickel compression terminals designed to deliver big power from your amp to these subs.
The MTX Audio TR7512-22 subwoofer can handle 500 watts of RMS power. This continuous power handling gives the subwoofer the voice it needs to output high levels of bass. When powered by a compatible amplifier, it will have accurate bass response with gut-wrenching lows frequency reproduction. Etched in the front on the dust cap is the gothic-style MTX Audio logo that shows all admirers who created this beast.

amazing subs
this sub if so amazing i have two of these hooked up to 2400 wat 2 ohm load kenwood amp and it is amazing your eyes feel like they would fall out there is so much bass

Wow!
These subs will make your whole car rattle. I have two of these in my 2007 Silverado crew cab. These subs will make your chest pound. I highly recommend these to anyone looking for loud, clear bass.

Amazing
I got two of these monsters wired to a 1000d Rockford fosgate prime amp and man do these things turn people into haters. If your lookin for awesome car flexing lows get these subs. The only downside to these subs is they might not get along with your neighbors lol.

Bad Value
I had great experience with previous models of MTX, however I was a bit disappointed in this subwoofer. Its way to expensive for what it puts out. It lacks sound quality nor does it have the SPL I was looking for. I would purchase it again if I could get it for half the price I paid.

AWESOME!
i bought two of these and only have 200 watts to each sub and it rocks! the only thing i will say right now until i get my hifonics zues amp the tr75 subs dont like to hit the real low notes.
