The Garmin GPS-Enabled Edge-305 personal trainer and cycle computer allows you to take your ride to the next level. This wireless heart rate monitor and speed/cadence sensor will help you achieve your personal best. The Edge305 is a rugged, yet lightweight GPS Unit that attaches easily to the stem or handlebars of your bike with the included bike mount. All you have to do it turn it on, acquire the GPS Satellites and go. The Edge measures your speed, distance, time, calories burned, altitude, climb and descent, and records this data for your review. The Edge 305 also comes packaged with either a heart rate monitor, speed/cadence monitor, or both. In this particular unit, it will come with the cadence sensor that monitors your pedaling cadence and wheel speed as you ride with the self-calibrating, wireless sensor that attaches to your bike. You are even able to use it indoors before the sensor can attach itself to the rear wheel.

As an added benefit, you can plan, analyze and store data from your workouts using the free Garmin Training Center software. It uses interactive graphs that chart your speed, time, heart rate, and elevation.
