Nice sub

This sub hits really hard i have it in an 0.96 cubic foot sealed angled truck box hooked up at 2 ohms to an mtx jh600 amp and i was shocked at how hard this thing hit for a shallow mount sub you do need to follow the box specs for this sub to sound right i had it in a smaller box and it wasnt even close to sounding like it does in the new truck box.

Big bass little price

You won't find a better flat panel sub for the price. I put them in a crew cab f350 and they hit hard enough to tickle your ear hairs.

Kicker CVT122 (10CVT122)

I have been loyal to kicker for fifteen or so years, and have always loved their ability to make big sound in small spaces. I had an old school kicker solobaric 12 in a custom box that was too small for a big new subwoofer (5 1/2depth). So I settled of this subwoofer because its kicker and the type R shallow or JL was far too expensive for me. I find this speaker to be slightly better than the 13 year old solobaric that was replaced.

Awesome Shallow Mount

I have two of these powered by a JL Audio G1700. I wasn't really sure which shallow mount subs I wanted(I had to get shallows because I have a 2009 Tundra). My brother convinced me to go with Kicker and I'm so glad I did. I built a custom box for my truck. I hooked them up and man did they slam. They really surprised me for shallow mount subs. They hit hard on songs they need to like rap, but tone down and hit just right for country and songs with less bass. Sonic sent them in good time and I would buy from them again.

excellent product

This is an excellent, great sound quality,kicker always makes great product and you get what you pay for, if you want sum hitting subs for your truck or car than these shallow mount subs ate the way to go

Awesome shallow mounted 12's

I first got one for my truck in a sealed box and then I got another and put them in Ported duel box and they hit really hard. The sound really good in the sealed box for tight responsive bass and have really low bass in the ported for shallow boxes.

They hit good in my 2010 Tacoma with little room in the back to have 12s in it.
