This product that I ordered work as described and I'm very pleased with the results. Very easy install as well.

Works perfectly with all of the AVH-X and AVH-P models, and really small size

The specs were kind of limited here on sonic, so I contacted MicroBypass directly to get the compatibility, and the video bypass is actually compatible with all of the AVH-X PIONEER models, and all of the AVH-P models including: AVH-100DVD, AVH-200BT, AVH-X1500DVD, AVH-X1600DVD, AVH-X2500BT, AVH-X2600BT, AVH-X3500BHS, AVH-X3600BHS, AVH-X4500BT, AVH-X4600BT, AVH-X5500BHS, AVH-X5600BHS, AVH-X6500DVD, AVH-X7500BT, AVH-P8400BH, AVH-X8500BHS, SPH-DA100 AppRadio2, SPH-DA110, SPH-DA210, AppRadio3, AVIC-U220, AVIC-U250, AVH-4000NEX

(It is NOT FOR USE WITH THE SPH-DA01 / SPH-DA02 APPRADIO1, AVIC-NEX or AVIC-X/Z NAVIGATION UNITS)

Here are some helpful hints I learned from another installer:
1) Don't use Scotch lock connectors or t-taps or other such devices. Twist the bare wires directly together and solder or crimp the connection for a reliable connection.
2) Blue wire from MicroBypass splices into blue/white wire from radio
3) Black wire from MB splices into ground from radio and vehicle harness. (has to have an actual ground, so if you have a nissan or subaru with a floating ground, make sure you use a chassis ground to a clean metal surface)
4) Green wire from MB - There is a light green wire that runs from the radio to the parking brake switch or the wire from that switch. Disconnect the light green from the parking brake wire or switch and connect it to the green wire from the MB. In other words, the light green wire from the radio should be connected to the green wire on the MB AND NOTHING ELSE.
5) If you need help, email microbypass (email address on site) directly as they have really good support for their products.

Bypass

This bypass working finee with my AVH 4000 NEX. Good product.

Works well

Easy to connect even for someone who is not familiar. I would recommend this product.

USELESS

I followed the directions to the letter and it didn't work at all. I actually found another way to bypass the park brake lockout without having to even use this. For some this may work, but in my case it didn't and wasn't worth the money.
