In 1997, a group of car audio professionals joined together to create a company that has a united vision and uniform philosophy towards car audio. The vision was to bring an exciting and new product design to the current 12V mobile electronics industry. The Philosophy focused on the “more-bang-for-the-buck” motto in every single department of the company. This company is proudly known today as Sound Storm Laboratories.
Located in the northern Los Angeles County, SoundStorm Laboratories (SSL) is a car audio manufacturer that makes a full-line of components including car amplifiers, speakers, subwoofers, mobile video products, and more. Utilizing the latest in technology, as well as continuous research and development, SSL is able to offer a cutting-edge products that look as good as they perform. Leading advancements have lead SSL to utilize MOSFET power supplies, neodymium magnets, vacuum fluorescent displays, and many other unique features in their products to put them one step ahead of the rest. For SSL, the importance of a quality car audio system lies in the amplifier. They use this knowledge to manufacture quality amplifiers that are not only able to perform, but look great while doing so.
