A hardy unit that fills in the low end nicely.
I didn't measure the space I wanted this to go in correctly and wound up literally beating on it to get in place and then the same to remove it. Wound up choosing a new location, and once installed, it worked perfectly despite being abused and scratched up.
Physically it's a robust, die-cast type of casing. The knobs and jacks are good quality. The only complaint is that the remote control wire is pretty short, so plan on that.
Sound-wise, it compliments the 50 watt Panasonic head unit it is mated with. The sound in my Jeep Wrangler improved 10-fold, easily.
For a low-budget, compact option, I would look no further. This unit is definitely worth the time and money.
