Why is the LED voltmeter not turning on?

Ensure the On/Off switch is pressed. If it's still dark, check the in-line fuse on the included 25ft power cable. Verify the Red wire has 12V+ and the Black wire is on a clean, paint-free metal ground.

My phone says "Charging," but not "Fast Charging." Is there a solution for this?

Fast charging requires a QC 3.0 compatible cable. If your cable is worn or not rated for high-speed data, the unit defaults to standard 2.1A charging. Swap to a high-quality cable like the NVX XUCCM2 to restore speed.

The voltage reading is flickering or looks inaccurate. What to do?

This is usually caused by a weak ground. If the black wire is loose, the voltmeter will jump. Secure the connection to a factory ground bolt. If it persists, the battery or alternator may have a failing diode.

Is the XQC301 fully waterproof for an open-top Jeep or Boat?

It is IP66 water-resistant. The rubber cap must be snapped shut when not in use to keep out rain and dust. It can handle splashes and heavy rain, but should never be submerged under water.

Why do I hear a "pop" in my radio when I plug in my phone?

Unlikely a defective charger. This is a "ground loop" noise. Ensure the XQC301 is grounded to the same point as your radio. If the pop remains when the charger is bypassed, the phone or radio input is likely defective.
