Good follow-up
I ordered a Kenwood stereo receiver for my Jeep and it arrived right on time. However, it was missing the dash kit for the install (not sure if I screwed up on clarifying the order or they didn't include it). I made a call and they sent one out that day. The receiver works great, but that's not the important part. I could get this same receiver at a number of outlets. So it gets down to price and service. Sonic had the best price and they were great at the follow-up service.
