R2-1200X1

Primed for Performance, the R2-1200X1 is a 1200 watt, class-D amplifier, capable of operating at 4 ohm, 2 ohm or 1 ohm mono. This amplifier is extremely efficient because of its Class-D technology which reduces demand on the vehicles electrical system. The amp also features C.L.E.A.N. circuitry to help you adjust your gain settings, a P.O.W.E.R. Supply that generates more power as voltage increases, and integrated Punch EQ that corrects for acoustic deficiencies while delivering up to 3X the bass. For subwoofers, a variable infrasonic filter and remote level control allows you to tune the bass for the desired level for the music.

You know what your getting when you buy Rockford Fosgate amps. I had the Prime 750 Watt Class D 1 channel Amplifier with 2 KICKER - CompR 12" Dual-Voice-Coil 2-Ohm Subwoofers and the sound was good. But since I put the Rockford Fosgate Prime R2-1200X1 and 2 Skar Audio SVR-12 D4 12" 1600 Watt Max Power Dual 4 Ohm Car Subwoofer in my truck it's amazing. The deep bass is amazing. You feel everything. It makes your ears hurt. You feel it through your body. I couldn't have made a better purchase. If you want a amp that will stand the test of time go with Fosgate. You won't regret it.

with rockford fosgate there is not much to say they are always very good quality products and at an affordable price I have used punch for years and I have never been disappointed in fact I have a subwoofer that is more than 19 years old and it still works very well

I have this hooked up to 13.5 w7 with dual 1.5 ohm coils putting around about .75 ohms box rise keeps about 1 ohm stable … I made sure the box is tuned to 36 hertz … I have this in a 2011 Hyundai Elantra … bass is loud … deep … very clean
