If your a audio installer and wanna have a much more timely jobs be done this is the to go for d.i.y installers as well this is a easy and clean way to run a 4 channel amplifier install for your speakers! From your car hardness to your amplifier one way along side with your RCAs and keeps the feed back away and no way to mess up with this wire run ! Comes with your remote turn on wire as well perfect use for those that use component sets or regular coaxial speaker's! A way to shave 30 minutes off from install time every channel is color coded too ! If your rebuilding a car and adding a radio this well help you a ton as well ! I highly recommend this product! P. S theses jackets are easy rip so i recommend a lite slit on the outer jacket before exposing the 9 wires. Great Remote Start Kit to Add to Car

4.5/5 Overall review: I installed the remote start kit myself, and it works great with no issues. Has a good range, and major quality of life improvement. Would be 5 stars but the batteries for both of my key fobs were dead (you will know if the key fob light flashes rapidly). Kinda of annoying but it was on a major discount and took 10 mins to swap out the batteries so I can't complain too much. Tips: Make sure to find a remote start install for your specific car (MPC has some good ones,) and buy all the tools/materials you will need. You need the immobilizer module if you don't have one, I used a Fortin override key all module. I have worked on my car a lot so I felt comfortable installing remote start my self, but it's not a beginner DIY project. It will take a lot of work to do but it's worth it. Otherwise, find a shop to do it for your, don't risk damaging your car.

Nice, but....

These pods are the best price of the competiton but they're still $90 for EACH pod made from medium density, relatively thin plastic- these need to be insulated to sound right. I used a square of NDX Sound Deadening to cover the interior of the pod. The difference is CLEAR.

Makes sense Works perfect

I put a square behind ea. door speaker and a square on the inside of each pod and it made a solid difference, especially for the pods. The music sounds better, no hint of an echo or slight vibration that I'd get before insulating with NVX SD. Pods/speaker boxes should really come insulated from the factory. Install some squares behind your speakers and you'll hear the difference.

A good budget option for older civics

Recently added an upgraded radio to my 2012 civic. It was a simple swap out with this dash kit. Fits great. Only downside is it doesn’t perfectly align up with the dashboard, but it’s not hugely noticeable. I also partially blame that on my dash slowly warping in the desert heat over the years. Overall if you need to swap the factory radio out in your civic this is the perfect kit without breaking the bank

Do not hesitate to buy!

Honestly did not have the highest expectations since it was an open box product however, I was completely blown away. Every thing was still in all of its factory wraps. Installed them today and they play amazing. Overall great product at an absolute steal for the price!
