Nice speakers!
Tweeters provide excellent imaging, and are crisp and clear. The mid/woofer is fully capable of decent bass, with 10 watts and lower.
However, these are not designed for bass, and why would you expect a 3.5 speaker to be. Therefore I would recommend a 4.7uf cap or use your head units high pass filter @ 100 or 120Hz. Vocals are rich and clear, overall a great speaker at any price. Oh, and they have held up through Arizona's hot, hot summer!!

Amazing
I have to say that I was a bit skeptical about buying these speakers. Speakers are great. I would have never thought that I would get this kind of sound out of a 15 dollar speaker. Very loud and clear. Moreover the rms rating is a bit overstated. I wouldn’t go pass 35-40 watts rms, just to be safe! These speakers so nice, that I’m going to get a pair for my ladies 05 scion. As Eric from Bay Shore, NY said, if you know what you are doing there is no reason why your system can’t sound good. (Whether your using boss, jl or focal!!!)

Boss D35.2
decent little speakers, i cross over and run 300 watts though them, the RMS seems to handle it no problem and they get good and loud. Have them in a few small projects of mine.

For $20, very good.
Bought these when I was redoing my audio system in my 1984 Toyota Supra. I probably would've been better off wiring the stock 3.5s to the amp. I think they went louder, but I threw them away before I thought about it. So I went with these. First time I didn't have them wired to my amp. I only had one amp and it was a mono for my subs back then. Ended up blowing them with too much bass from the HU. So I bought a second amp (Alpine MRP-300) and another set of these and they've been doing well since.
I recommend buying these and wiring them to 4-channel amp if you have say 6x9s. Keeping them and the 6x9s on the HU, you're gonna want bass out the 6x9s you can't force through these without blowing them. I probably won't bother trying to see what else is out there, cause like I said, they are just fine as long as you don't run bass through them (that's any 3.5 though). Can't beat $20.
