Worked out great.
Simple and straight forward. I like these adapters... they allow me to keep the stock vehicle wiring in case I need to remove the aftermarket head unit.

audio unit
I have a 2001 jeep grand Cherokee Lerado with the infinity sound system I purchased the metra70-1818 to work with my dual audio system, it worked perfectly, easy to connect. I highly recommend the 70-1818, the tech at sonic was very helpful.
