Okay Sound

They sound okay, but certain frequencies were boosted so much that vocals/voices were given kind of a radio voice. When listening to something that had voices boosted in a similar way already, it is just too much. I could hear everything that was happening inside the persons mouth.

So I submitted these for a refund. The refund was accepted, with a restocking fee, which is fair. I sent them back. After a few months I emailed about the refund to see what was happening. I was just told that my request had been forwarded to the refund department.

A couple weeks after no response I sent another email. Same response. Then after 2 more weeks of silence I send another email. Same response about sending my request to the refund department.

It's been probably 3 weeks now. It seems they are not going to refund me. I don't know what is happening but I don't think I'll be shopping here anymore. I don't have the money I paid for the speakers or the speakers themselves so I can't sell them either.
