Massive sound!!!
Overly impressed by these subwoofers. I bust a box out of birch to the specs given by massive audio. I have two of these in a dual ported enclosure tuned to about 39HZ. Powered by an alpine Mrx-m240 mono block that is rated at 1500 watts at 4ohms. In comparison to my last enclosure which was two 12" subs in a sealed box, the 8's hit just as hard and have the same frequency response. I showed a couple of people and they all thought I was rocking a set of 12" subs! At this point I am still wearing them in but I will say these are impressive. They take up way less space and perform like 12" subs! I have been in car audio for way over 20 years and have had some pretty insane setups. I went for 8" subs because I wanted some bass but not take up allot of space in my car, and also not shake the hell out of it. These little 8's do shake the hell out of the car to my surprise. My trunk, roof and doors all flex! These subs hit really low also. I won't say they are amazing with frequencies above 90HZ. It could be my enclosure but typically i set my crossover at 80hz and let my midrange speakers do 80 and above. For the size, PRICE, and the performance you get with these, you won't be disappointed!

These are great. I would say that I love them but what people calls "love" is just a chemical reaction that compels animals to breed. It hits hard, then it slowly fades, leaving you stranded in a failing marriage. The reason you should buy these, if you could, which you can't, would be because you could, which you can't. Running a pair in a 1.48cuft ported box under the back seat of my truck, which that airspace is on the small side but it's still louder than the Hippo's got on the same amp (Massive Audio E3) and the lows are wubba lubba dub dub. And that's the way the news goes.

I have four of these on 2 Crescendo 1500's. "Pure thunder" very well made
The specs are accurate slightly underrated. Triple spider still breaking in and feels like about 150db's no doubt.
After they finally max ill meter them
But who knows how long that will be.
ONE OF THE BEST SUBS IVE SEEN IN 20 YEARS FOR THE MONEY. SLAPS REAL HARD
