As a member of the CompVR family, the CVR102 offers all of the series' features. The 10" sub has a peak power handling of 700 watts, with the power RMS coming in at 350watts. Its dual 2-ohm voice coils come with an added bonus to help expedite installation, spring-loaded wire terminals.

Kicker's proprietary cone technology, SoloKon, does a lot more than look pretty. The injection-molded cone ensures a rigid surface that helps eliminate distortion. The red stitching stands out, but joins the cone and the back brace into a single system. A stamped steel basket reduces vibration, giving you mean bass with quality sound.

What can I say? It's a good box, and spec for the subs I got. Good price, good build, and the sound is heavenly. For someone like me (ie, not a carpenter, not even close) this is a good choice. I'm not a fan of banana clips but they are prevalent, so there you go. It's ready to go.

Affordable
