Stinger has been a quality brand for a long time, and this capacitor is of good quality like their other items. I am pleased with the capacitor, easy install and works very well.

Quick & easy installation. Mounting bracket helped me out a lot for putting under front seat. I will definitely be recommending your products to my friends & family & coworkers.

Stinger makes a great product at an even better price. I would definitely recommend this capacitor to anyone looking to get the most performance out out of their system under 2000 watts. Quick shipping and really helped with overall performance.

This capacitor states it is 2 Farads, but I doubted that rating so I measured it by charging through a resistor to a voltage just before the LED and display turn on and start drawing current. Based on the time it took to charge to a certain percentage, the applied voltage, and the resistance value, one can calculate the capacitance. It is roughly 1/4 Farad. Well outside any tolerance range. My subwoofer system is using very little power ~70-110 Watts Rms, but my lights had noticeable dimming during bass notes. This capacitor made no noticeable improvements in the lights dimming. Thus, I rate it “meh”.

This cap is easy to install and looks cool but it caused my amp to clip (infinity kappa 5) so i had to readjust all amp settings.I tried the cap on another less exspensive amp an did not cause clippping so it worked as advertised.
