Fitting the kit to your car
Easy to follow instructions, sufficient and clear. However, if I may suggest to eliminate any possible mistakes, remove your old radio, and use illustration in the instruction and the physical shape of your dash to make the the final fittings and adjustments.

Not bad...
Got this kit for free with my new stereo from Sonic. It works as it should with my digital media receiver, but with a heavier CD player there is no support to hold the weight in the back.
On the older pre 93 dodge trucks, you need to cut a good size chunk of plastic out of the lower middle area for it to fit properly.

Scosche CJ1282B / CJ1282
I used this adapter for my 1999 Dodge Durango with a Sony radio. Worked well but you have to be really careful cutting the tabs on the unit. It is used for multiple car models so they have directions showing which tabs to cut off but you have dry fit and make sure you only cut the ones necessary ones off. Pictures were a little confusing which tabs to cut but after taking the time to cut one and dry fit and then cut others it worked fine.
