Combo: Eclipse AVN5510 / AVN52D + BT-E500

The Eclipse AVN52D is the AVN5510 but it was made for exclusive/premier installers only (thus the model difference). Eclipse premier dealers had a rough year due to the economy so they couldn't sell them at $1549.99 as planned. Because of that, Eclipse had overstock and we stepped up and bought the entire closeout from Eclipse. We could leave the price high at $999.99 and it would still be a deal, but here at Sonic Electronix we're all about passing the incredible savings to our loyal customers.

This package is like NOTHING else on the market under $1200, let alone at $549.99! For example, the Pioneer Premier AVIC-F90BT is a nice receiver, but it also has a smaller screen and cost more. The Kenwood DNX7120 and eXcelon DNX8120 are both great too, but they are two times as much at $1199.99. Additionally, we have units from second tier brands like Jensen, Dual or Valor, but all of those are only 6.5" screens, have inferior navigation, and higher defective rate than any of the aforementioned brands, including of course this Eclipse AVN52D. Additionally, the AVN52D comes with a 1-year warranty with an optional 3-year warranty if installed by an Eclipse dealer!

Another overlooked feature is the location of where the Eclipse AVN52D is manufactured... Japan. Unlike other Asian countries, the Japanese take manufacturing as seriously as Americans, which makes the quality far superior to other places such as Malaysia (where Kenwood is made), Indonesia (JVC), China (Pioneer Premier AVIC-F90BT, Panasonic, Clarion and practically any lower level brand name).

If you are searching for a Double DIN head unit that does it all, your search literally stops here. We have never had a deal like this and we quite honestly do not think another will come any time soon.
