The Kicker CompRT subwoofers are designed specifically for tight spaces like compact cars, pickup trucks, and ATVs. The 48CWRT104 model is a 10" subwoofer that delivers the same performance as a full-size subwoofer without taking up too much cargo space. With a height of less than 3-1/2", it offers a wide range of installation options. Kicker has improved the forced-air cooling system to ensure the subwoofer runs cooler even when driven hard.
Featuring a rigid injection-molded polypropylene cone, the 48CWRT104 minimizes distortion while producing powerful bass. Its durable rubber surround ensures longevity, and the special-design back and top plate allow for increased excursion, resulting in more bass compared to other slim subwoofers.
This subwoofer can handle up to 400 watts RMS, so it requires a reliable amplifier to power it. It has dual voice coils that can be wired for either 2-ohm or 8-ohm total impedance, providing flexibility in wiring configurations for your system. The 48CWRT104 performs well in both sealed and ported enclosures, making it suitable for a variety of setups.
