The Mitsubishi LT-40164 uses a patented 6 color processor to process the bright and vibrant colors that the panel is able to produce. The difference is not only colors that are more true-to-life, but also allows the user to have full customization control over the color adjustments. By separating the Red, Green, Blue, Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow, the color engine is able to more accurately reproduce each of the colors. Combine this color processor with Deep Color and x.v.Color, and the panel steps up to a whole know level of color depth!

With the integrated Unisen immersive sound technology, full surround sound results are created with the 16 speakers along the panel below the display. With a total of 32 watts, each speaker plays an important role in directing the sound around the room to produce time accurate surround sound. Within the settings of the Mitsubishi LT-40164, the speaker adjustments will allow directional settings for each channel to be changed. By using the acoustics of your room, the 16 speaker immersive sound system will accurately produce surround sound.
