Bang for your buck id here
I bougt two of the these mb quart 1500 and I'm really trying to knock my trunk off, with my 4 JL w3 13s. I know they are not massing out the subs but they make the competition step it up a notch. I ideally wanted to put 6 of the rocksford fosgate R2 12 in my trunk they rms 250 a piece. All in all I love the amps. Don't get me wrong they are not JL, Rockford Fosgate, or Kicker but its worth the money believe that.

this thing can take a beating
I was looking to get this or or a hifonics brutus 1200d and after all the good things people had to say about the brutus i had bought it even though it costs more. It was decent but after about six months it burned out. Maybe i was too hard on it i dont know. So i decided to buy the mb quart since it was made buy the same company and cost about 50 bucks less i gave it a shot and i got to say it has been a GREAT amp and not only for the price it never over heat, shuts down, burns fuses it just beats i got it on two pioneer 12s 500 watt rms each so only have it turned up have way and it hits like 2 15s aslo i would recomend getting a pro box aslo they are worth it if you want the best sound for your system. But if your thinking of buying this amp i would pick it up im glad i got it.

Lots of Bang for the Buck
I bought this to power two Alpine R-series 12D4s, and this thing has met all my expectations. It is driving these 2 subs with extremely crisp clear bass. This amp is a great value and I would recommend it to my friends. I am considering buying a second amp to power two more subs.
PROS: High quality sound; lots of power; stays cool under load
CONS: The attachment points where you screw this down to secure it to your car could be a little beefier. It's made of plastic and could crack if tightened a little too much.

Great amp, great price! Safe at 1 ohm loads! Maxsonics built amp.
Just as the title states, this amp works great, has a small physical footprint for fitting underneath passenger seats in SUV's. They will deliver the rated power without a problem as long as you have decent to good wiring wired up correctly and do not limit the amps draw with small inline fuses. I recommend to use QUALITY 4 gauge OFC wire, use a good ANL wafer fuse not small cheap crap that comes in most cheap kits.
Had this amp on 2 Sundown SA 15's for about 6-8 months now and its never let me down. Its at a 1 ohm load, never overheated, never blown fuses. Definitely would recommend this amp to anyone so long as its installed with quality wire and grounded correctly and if the installer has that knowhow you will be happy. The BEST bang for the buck, i could find. I dont care about the looks of the amp since its underneath the passenger seat you cannot see it anyways.
As far as filters and controls its got everything you really need be sure to set your gains, filters appropriately to what your using this for. As far as the use of the dials etc... Its just like most amps. Set it then forget it.
The bass knob like any amp ive EVER owned never gets used, instead do yourself a favor and pickup a RCA level adjustor knob, it will allow you to adjust your RCA line voltage from Dead Zero to Max (Wherever youve set your Gain knob on the amp itself) Easy to setup and WAY better than a fake bass bass knob, as they introduce distortion sooner into the system a majority of the time.

great amp
I have this amp hooked up to a 1000 watt rms RE Audio 10. It gives you all the power you need. Sonic tells us that this is not a certified amp. However if you go to Mb quarts website it tells that it is infact certified. Great amp at a great price. Makes my ten sound like 2 12's.

You'll be happy with this purchase.
I was in the market for an amp to push a Sundown Audio SA-12 dual 4ohm I picked up, with the ability to ideally push two of them when I got another one. Based on the reviews of the SA-12 it sounded like pushing more than the 600rms was going to be completely okay, so I was looking for 600+rms @ 2 ohm for initially hooking one up, and then 1200+rms @ 1ohm for when I picked up another sub. I wanted to cop the Sundown 1500d but it costs buku. Currently just have this pushing one @ 2ohm and this combo hits almost as hard as the 2 JL-w6 12s on a JL 1000.1 slash v1 I had. Nice and clean also. Originally I had planned on running the 2 SA-12s off the one amp but this one is taking the 1000w so good that it seems silly to drop it down to 750w a piece. Blasting it in traffic today for about two hours total its running barely warmer than it was in the car. Nice and cool. Woulda been nice if the 12v and ground terminals were a bit bigger so you could get the 2ga cables in there a bit easier but they fit.
Low points on Look/Design because the whack orange/red light up logo. Would have preferred it blue or color neutral with no light and instead just being a classy piano gloss black amp. Then maybe it would have gotten mounted where it was visible so someone could want to rip me off. So maybe that's really a plus/minus?
Four stars on durability simply because the back/bottom board where the "warranty void if removed" stickers are seems kinda loose/cheap. Doubt this will ever be an issue whatsoever, but this amp is not a tank.
Overall, a great amp for the money. Really happy with this amp, very likely will buy another when I pick up another sub.

POS Sounded great for about a month
Burnt out after a month. Had configured @ 2OHMs w/ 2x 10" dual voice coil subs, each @ 4OHMs. This setup pounded nicely and the amp even had overage. While she worked, it sounded nice and responsive too. I like electronica for the most part and so the kicks were right on with no delay and solid too. I just wish it still worked :(

MB Quart is Superb! Boom, Boom, Boom...
I did weeks of research before I purchased the MB Quart ONX1.1500D a few months ago. I then ordered a JBL GTO 1014D dual 4 Ohm sub to pair up with the 1 ohm stable amp just for starters. Even though the amp is wired at 2 Ohms I am very satisfied with the sound quality and the power that this amp provides. I also have an Alpine PXA-H510 digital signal processor to process the analog signal from my head unit using a firber optic cable for signal transfer to the processor. I believe this amp will still be great without the help of the processor but who out there doesn't use additional components to improve sound quality? Like I mentioned before, the power is there and always available. Maimum current draw is 140 amps. Please use 2 gauge power and ground wire and upgrade to a Kinetik or Optima Battery with the purchase or upgraded voltagle regulator on your altenator. A capaitor or two just won't do. My sub is beatin' hard in it's 1 1/2 cu.ft. vented box. No trunk rattle, no dim lights, plenty of eye's wathcin'. Oh, no tickets yet. I would recoomend this amp to true audio entusiast who want real sound quality and power for minimal wallet emptiness.
