Just What I Needed
Ordered this cable to use with an older Kenwood KDC 8003 CD/radio head unit. As the CD no longer functions I was in hopes this cable would allow me to use my Ipod Classic...and it fills the bill admirably! The cable plugs into the multi-disc changer port and not only allows me to listen to my Ipod tunes but charges the Ipod at the same time. This is a high quality cable and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to accomplish what I did. I am giving this cable a 3 star rating on durability simply because I have not had it long enough to know what its' durability will be although it appears to be of heavy duty construction.

neat little cable
I had used the older version of this cable for a few years till the wires wore out. Now I have this model and it works like a charm. Great for listening to your iPod on your Kenwood car stereo with the added benefit of an iPod charger. I definitely recommend this cable to anyone who wants those features.
