Before I had my aftermarket stereo, I used this line-out converter to tap into my factory radio and install an amp. It had a lot of wires and was confusing at first, but it worked great. Also, when I helped my buddy hook up his system, his line-out converter didn't work so we ordered this one and it worked like a charm. I think the seller on this product though is the remote turn on. This means when the stereo turns off, so will the amp. This will keep your amp from draining your battery when your car isn't on.

waste of money
I bought this today and installed it. It breaks apart all the time and the sound quality is horrible. I dont recommend anyone buying this product

Great Product with a Great Price
I would recommend this product to anyone that wants to keep there factory radio and add an amp. The built in remote turn on wire works perfect even on my impala that has a feature to keep the radio playing after keys are removed.
