The Continental CE23379 Deep Fryer (Black):

Enjoy deep fried food fast with the Continental Deep fryer. This unit has cool touch exterior, 2.5 liter capacity and a lift out fry basket with folding safety handle. It has an adjustable thermostat with indicator light and a detachable lid with a removable filter for absorbing oil mist. The basket handle allows you to raise/lower the basket when the fryer lid is closed. The specially designed lid-open button helps you open the lid easily and safely. The lid is fitted with a permanent filter system which collects drops of oil from the steam as it passes through the filter. The thermostat is calibrated in steps marked 265°, 300°, 340°, and 370°F. The temperature light will light automatically as the temperature keeps rising and will go out when the set temperature is reached.
